To our valued Biostrap community,
As many of you are aware, our app for iOS users has been down since Thursday morning, and we are working diligently to get this resolved. We have identified the issue and are amongst several tech companies nationwide affected by this outage. If you’d like to learn more, here is a link to an article.
We anticipate there to be minimal/no data loss and in the meantime, do not log out or try to re-install the Biostrap app. After the server is updated, your data synced from the devices to the app should then be uploaded to the server and processed as usual.
We appreciate your patience and will notify you once this has been resolved.
