How to wear It
Attach the heart rate sensor to the chest strap, marked ‘L’ towards Left, ‘R’ towards right. Adjust the length of the chest strap so that it can be fastened tightly but comfortably to your body. Be sure that the electrode areas are firmly against your skin and the sensor is in central position.
The device will automatically detect your heart rate and when it does, it will beep twice and the circle will blink green.

Pairing with the Biostrap App
Make sure to have the heart rate monitor on while pairing it with your phone. If you aren’t wearing the heart rate monitor, it will be in sleep mode and the Biostrap app will not find it
Go to Settings at the bottom right of the main app dashboard
Select “Add device”
Follow the instructions on the screen and wait until the app locates your HRM and pairing is successful
As it pairs, the blue light will start to flash. You’ll hear the chest strap beep twice again indicating that pairing was successful
Once your heart rate monitor is paired, on the main dashboard, you’ll see your active heart rate and active heart rate variability displayed and you’re ready to track your workout
If you are having difficulty pairing, please wet the inside of the chest strap to improve the conductivity
Turn it on/off
There’s no button on the Chest Strap Heart Monitor.
It automatically turns on when the heart rate is detected
To turn it off, unclip the strap, take it off and the device will beep once as it turns off automatically.
Changing the battery
Turn the plastic cap to open the battery case
Insert the battery in the indicated direction
Close the plastic cap
Armband

How to wear It
You can wear the armband on the upper part of the forearm or the lower part of the upper arm. The sensor should be positioned either on the inside or on top of your arm. It should be snug enough not to move on your arm, but not so tight that it restricts circulation.

To charge the device, use the USB cable that was included in the package
Connect the USB to a power source
Align the metal magnetic charger with the oval slot at the back of the HRM
The front LED will blink red and blue indicating the device is charging

A blue LED flashing quickly indicating the device is searching for your heart rate
